Accommodation in Lake Mburo National Park is situated within the park premises and outside the park, these offer an experience to the travelers giving a place to stay, food, and water, and the facilities range from the best luxury to budget. Lake Mburo National Park is strategically located along the way from Kampala to Mbarara, it is a quick gateway point for relaxation from the city center, it is also a breakeven point for a stopover while considering a visit to the western Uganda national parks. Most of the safaris to the Lake Mburo National Park are combined with the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park, and the Kibale Forest National Park.

The fame of the national park has raised overtime, its past has been eliminated many times due to tsetse fly invasion, and community encroachment, however, mammals have been reintroduced to the ecosystem, and with a continued conservation effort, the park is underlined by rock surfaces above which is a growing forest and savannah vegetation, most of the parking area is covered in water bodies all together forming a large wetland system and an important birding area of Uganda. Mihingo Lodge is a luxury facility within the Lake Mburo National Park, the tented camp is built on a rock outcrop with 12 beautiful chalets overlooking the savannah, it is built to blend in the African culture and the environment within which it is built, the tented camp is self-contained featuring an ensure bathroom, spacious large rooms placed with Twin or double beds, the rooms are raised on wooden decks, the main lodge area features a bar area serving assorted drinks to travelers, a restaurant preparing mouth drop-in meals to travelers and a pool.

Rwakobo Rock is an intimate peaceful safari lodge inside the conservation area, it is built from local materials and spacious rooms crafted in the concept of the African culture, the cottages are comfortable and beautiful featuring an ensuite bathroom, the main lodge area presents a swimming pool, restaurant overlooking the savannah, it is right at your lunch table that you will get to see waterbucks, Uganda kobs roaming around the camp, the lodge is strategically placed near the Nshara gate enroute you will spot the long horned Ankole cows grazing alongside zebras.

In conclusion there are other facilities present in the national park for example the Uganda wildlife bandas, leopard safari lodge, other places to stay can be enroute to Mbarara and in the town for example the Agip motel.  Lake Mburo national park can be visited all year round but best during the dry season between December- February and June- September.
