Tarangire National Park is one of the most sought destinations in Tanzania, this is due to its large concentration of African elephants roaming the national park with interesting old aged bulls featuring long husks, it is the 6th largest national park in Tanzania covering an area of space of approximately 2,600 kilometres, this comprises of growing angelic savannah grassland, acacia woodland, baobab trees and many sausage trees. The conservation area was gazetted as a way of protecting animal species that call this home, it is often shadowed by the Serengeti National Park however visitors that reach out to the ecosystem get rewarding experiences.
