Nairobi is the capital city of Kenya, it boasts the pride of being the largest city in East Africa and a Large trading hub, it is the only city in the world that contains a National Park, the Nairobi National Park and was formed in 1899 as a centre for the construction of Railway, the town has thrived and grown so much since then. The city gets its name from a Masai phrasing meaning “a place of cool waters” It is also referred to as a “Safari city of Africa”, and is always on the move, Nairobi is one of the most developed towns in East Africa. The city is elevated 5,889 feet above sea level covering an area space of approximately 684 square kilometers.

During the dry season expect to see more travelers to the city compared to other seasons.
Despite the dry season, Nairobi city can be visited any time of the year even during the wet season, it may come with quite some rain fall but a good time for the city and also engage in vast tourism activities.
